Advice for living on campus and admin staff’s return to campus
亲爱的各位师生：
Dear staff and students,
大家好！
当前，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情依旧严峻，为了保障整个校园的安全健康，请在校师生和即将返校的行政员工务必注意以下重要事宜：
According to the latest University arrangement that admin staff will return on 10 Feb, the LAC and SSO would like to remind our staff and students, who are currently living on campus and the admin staff of the following rules and health advice. Your support and cooperation is highly appreciated.
第一，返程防护
On your way to Ningbo
1.请做好个人防护措施，全程戴口罩（进站时面部识别，短暂摘除口罩不要紧），准备2-3个口罩/天。尽量不在旅途中摘下口罩吃喝，自备酒精棉、塑料袋、免洗洗手液，保持手部卫生。
2.自觉发热时要主动测量体温，注意观察周边人的健康状态，保存旅行票据信息以备需要。
Please take personal protective measures before your return to campus. The campus clinic is trying the best to purchase masks, however, staff and students are encouraged to bring as many masks as possible before returning to the university.
Wear a mask all the way. You are advised to prepare 2-3 masks per day, and try not to take off the mask for eat or drink during the trip. However, removing the mask for face recognition is okay.
Bring alcohol cotton, plastic bags, and hand sanitizers to keep your hands clean.
Take temperature when you feel feverish, and pay attention to the health status of those around you.
5.Keep travel tickets in case you need it.
第二，门岗管理 Campus access
1.目前学校实施封闭管理，门岗设置体温测量点，进校车辆及人员须配合体温测量和实名登记，体温正常方可进入。
2.行政员工2月10日后返校上班的，提前由部门上报人事和安保办公室，非工作人员不接受入校；学术老师2月24日前不得提前返校。另外，建议师生尽量少乘坐公交等公共交通，选择步行、骑车、自驾上班。如不得不乘坐公共交通，全程必须佩戴口罩。
3.目前在校师生和家属按照鄞州十禁令管理，请务必遵守校园出入制度。
All personnel and vehicle entering the campus must cooperate with the security staff on temperature measurement and information registration. Access will only be allowed if the temperature check result is below the threshold and considered normal.
Admin staff returning for work on or after 10 February should report to HR and SSO through the department. Entrance will not be given to personnel other than working staff. Academic staff are not allowed to return before 24 February. When coming to the campus, you are recommended to go by foot, bike and drive to the campus, instead of taking public transportation such as buses and subways. If you have to take public transportation, wearing a mask at all time is necessary.
Students, staff and their families living on campus should follow Yinzhou’s “Ten Regulations” and abide by the campus access management rules.
第三，公共区域
Protect yourself in a public space
1. 共享办公室者需要佩戴口罩，人与人交流保持至少一米距离。
2. 中央空调暂停使用，请保持室内通风。
3. 建议上下楼多走楼梯，如乘坐电梯需佩戴口罩。
4. 勤洗手，尤其是触摸公共区域后，请师生一定要洗手。键盘、办公桌、门把手等定时进行消毒。
Wear a mask in a shared office, and keep a distance of 1 meter when communicating with people.
Keep indoor ventilation and be noted the central Air Conditioning is suspended for safety concern.
You are encouraged to use stairs, and wear a mask when taking the elevator.
Wash your hands often, especially after touching public areas. Keep the items in your work space regularly disinfected, including the keyboard, desk, doorknob, etc.
第四，校园服务
Campus services
1. 学校万诺餐厅开放，十足超市2月9日起9:00-17:00营业，为校内师生提供保障。
2. 后勤即日起提供物资采购服务，有需要的在校师生可在前台登记。需要口罩的在校师生，可联系学生公寓前台或给医务室发送邮件(unnc.clinic@nottingham.edu.cn)。医务室正在努力备货，也请师生在返校前自备尽可能多的口罩。
3. 校内公共区域每日开展消毒工作。
The Vino Restaurant remains open. The Shi-Zu convenient store has started its operation from 9 February, with business hours 9am-5pm.
LAC has started the grocery shopping and delivery service; anyone in need please register at the front desk of their accommodation buildings.
Students and staff living on campus can contact their accommodation front desks or email the clinic at unnc.clinic@nottingham.edu.cn, for the mask supply.
Public areas are regularly disinfected every day.
第五，就餐须知 Dining
1.餐厅暂时关闭南大门和北门，就餐人员统一由东南门出入（进门即是水槽），建议师生错峰就餐。
3.进入餐厅，先洗手，然后使用餐厅提供的75%酒精消毒。
4.就餐人员领餐时必须戴口罩，使用过的口罩须自行带离餐厅。
5.餐厅设立一人一餐桌，避免面对面就餐，提倡自带餐具，即打即走。
6.万诺餐厅为减少人员排队滞留，即日起实行套餐制。
The south gate and the north gate of the Vino restaurant (the first canteen) are temporarily closed; only the southeast door is open (hand washing is available at the entrance).
Wash hands before meals and use 75% alcohol solution provided by the restaurant after washing hands.
Masks must be worn when getting dishes and rice, and the used masks must be removed from the restaurant by yourself.
The restaurant has been set up one table only for one person, to avoid sitting face to face. We recommend bringing your own cutlery, and taking food away to eat.
In order to reduce queuing time, the Vino restaurant only serves set meals.
